How do we do this? We've been in business for over half a century, we've built honest relationships with our tenants, and we've learnt a thing or two along the way.

From the start, we've built, managed, and maintained all of our own infrastructure. Our buildings are made to last right down to the finishes used in your space.

• Design + Build

  We'll make a space that works for you, whether we reconfigure an existing unit or start brand new. Our team will present concepts including layouts and finishes. We'll manage all demolition and construction needed to make your vision a reality.
  
  The structural shell of our buildings has become standardized over the years. This allows us to customize the look of each exterior but gives you the freedom to design your interior. Terracon iterated through many configurations until we found the best layout, square footage, and ceiling height.
  
  All of this helps us avoid the difficulties sometimes encountered in construction projects because we know exactly where every beam, pipe, and wire is.
• Project Managment

  We don't just build our parks and buildings, we also manage fit ups and construction projects for tenants. This includes coordinating engineering elements and interior design from start to finish.
  
  We work with you to understand your needs and help translate that vision into a cost-effective, functional product.
  
  We're pretty successful, too, with 98 tenants presently in our parks and centres over the decades.
  
  We're your landlord and construction manager, meaning we can get you into one of our multi-tenant flex space buildings on time and on budget.
  
  Better yet, Terracon's team is COR™ certified. Our Health and Safety Program meets nationally-recognized standards and is externally audited each year by the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba (CSAM).
• Property Management + Maintenance

  We have a diverse list of tenants at our properties, and each one has distinct needs— just like your company. Terracon's property management team is well experienced and ready to serve you.
  
  We conduct regular site and building inspections as well as oversee the daily operations of all our parks. This includes giving our buildings a fresh coat of paint, right down to the landscaping outside your front door.
  
  Whatever you need, we're ready to respond to your maintenance request. These are some of the services we offer:
